We have again increased our staff levels in the warehouse in response to demand & to be able to provide the usual level of service the Electric Gate Shop is used to operating at.
- All orders are leaving every day on time with the couriers.

Throughout all of our practises we are of course following the strictest our social distancing measures to keep our customers and staff safe.

Timeline 16/04/2020
This week we have increased our staffing levels by 33%, from three to four of us. Still less than half the usual but working efficiently.
Our supply chain is working, we have deliveries almost daily. Our order fulfilment is around 97% at present.
We now have full time staff in our warehouse and are shipping every day.
Trade orders have priority and are leaving us the same day, our stock levels are good and quotes and emails are being answered.

After a period of adjustment we are operating with a good effieciency with a lower staffing level. We now have full time staff in our warehouse.
Trade orders are leaving us next day, our stock levels are good and quotes and emails are answered daily.

A skeleton staff is monitoring emails and will reply to as many as we can.
Orders from the website will be shipped but may be delayed. To lessen the staff risk we will consolidate orders and will ship on one or two days a week (depending on demand).

Timelime 24/03/2020
In line with Government guidelines, The Electric Gate Shop Ltd main office closed at 5 pm Tuesday the 24th of March and aim to reopen Tuesday the 14th of April. The action is a logical step to curb the spread of the Covid 19 virus. We will monitor emails and reply to as much as we can. Together we are strong and taking action early we will do our part to help lower the impact of the Covid 19 virus on our health system.
