Reducer box is totally made of die-cast aluminium making it corrosion free. Drag arm is made of galvanized steel and gears are made of high steel and aluminium bronze. Lubrication in oil-bath, cableguide is made of nickel-plated brass IP68 and is also water resistant.
Convenient
Fully bearing supported reducer, control panel includes slowdown to avoid crashes. Very little reducer maintenance and the electrics can be checked without removing the shutter.
Invisible
The BA502 automatism does not alter the gates look with the arm systems of the BA502 are installed underground without any modifications to the gates.
Easy
The reduced encumbrance of the BA502 actuator simplifies the installation. 360° rotation of the motor allows totally opening of the shutter. The possibility to install the motor away from the pivot plank allows using the BA502 in every type of gates. The foundation box which can be self-supporting and not allows to make installation easy and fast at a very reduced price.
