The Electric Gate Shop are primarily a gate automation products supplier to the trade and public.

Remote technical help via phone or email etc. is provided  free of charge pre, during and post installation.

We are always happy to help other trades people to diagnose faults over the phone / email.

As we are a busy organisation we need to be realistic about the time we can spend on site.

In the interest of disclosure we are happy to show our Engineers call out charges.


Schedule Of Charges.

• Standard Call Out Charge (includes 1st  hour labour) £55.00

• Mileage Charge (Both Ways)  0.25p per mile with first 50 miles free.

• Hourly Rate £25.00 per hour.

• Parts at cost.

• Payment to be settled on completion of work.

If you need an engineer to call, and we can't come as quick as you would like we may offer you an alternative tradesperson that we know, or point you in the right direction to find one.
